"Trouble In Dreams" is out 3/18 on Merge. Destroyer goes on the road spring and summer of '08. Those dates soon, for now, the tracklist:

I'd heard 3/18 before, but only as a rumor. This news is quite sudden and awesome. I can't wait to hear the album version of "Rivers", and I have to wonder whether the "Leopard of Honor" is a reference to Sunset Rubdown?

I wonder if Shooting Rockets will have audible lyrics this time around, because the lyrics are quite good.

Yes, it is March 18. Metacritic has confirmed it.

(But even though this merely shows that I am a huge geek, Dan wouldn't stand for American spellings for his titles, now would he? ;D)

And I thought the same thing about "Shooting Rockets." Somehow I'm inclined to think it's a different song, though.
